I think the answer is choice A. The relation is slow : fast as in the original pair.

What is the OA?

You are right! The answer option is (A). The relationship between the two words in the question is one of antonyms (slow : fast), and only Option (A) captures that aptly with trot : gallop. Trot means to move at a moderate pace , and gallop is to move fast. The other options have words that have a synonymous relationship to each other.
